            Nowadays being healthy is very important in our life. Healthy living is more than simple daily habit, it is important to make a smart lifestyle and healthy. Bad lifestyle like stay up late, smoking and drinking can make many causes in our life such as easy to get disease and obesity. In university i can not do exercise because i did nit have much time to do exercise. I cant also eats healthy food , just eat junk food if I have schedule in university. If we have smart lifestyle like healthy diet, means that eat variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and fewer processed foods. Healthy eating will help you to maintain a proper weight for your height, which is important because being overweight can lead to number of illness. Another effect if we are not have smart lifestyle we will easy to get disease. So, healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve our health and well being. Healthy lifestyle is also associated with healthy food, safe environment, nutrition, exercise and also sleep.
